Individual Coaching
My one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to help you go deep into your inner world to identify core patterns keeping you stuck, integrate repressed parts of yourself, and regain empowerment and true choice to pursue and express your best self.
The approaches I use in my coaching include Shadow Work (the awareness and integration of suppressed aspects of ourselves), Naturopathic foundations of mental health, holistic counseling, emotional integration techniques, breathwork and Polyvagal Theory techniques, Jungian psychology and archetypal work, grounding methods, dream work, and nervous system regulation techniques.
You are noticing that something is stopping you from attaining a goal but you’re not quite sure what it is.

What to Expect
Each personal session is 60 minutes long over a secure HIPAA compliant video system. In between sessions you are encouraged to keep in contact with me to share struggles, wins, and dreams. We will also come up with homework for you to work on in between each session to aid in your transformation!
